Emlen is responsible for scaling Factorial’s operations and leading execution of its strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Factorial, Emlen was a Partner at Centerview Partners, a leading global investment banking firm, where he was a founding member of the firm’s technology practice, based in Silicon Valley. He joined Centerview in 2010, shortly after its founding, working in both its New York and West Coast offices to help build it into a successful banking franchise. Emlen has advised on over $250 billion in transactions over his 15+ year career in investor banking, working with boards of directors, management teams, and entrepreneurs on a range of complex strategic, financial and M&A matters. He has a B.A. from Haverford College, where he is a member of the Alumni Association Executive Committee, and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
