Jennifer Ayers-Brasher is currently employed by RWE (previously E.ON), where she leads the America’s division Transmission & Interconnection. RWE is a global energy company with headquarters in Essen, Germany.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University. Jennifer has participated in the electric power industry for almost 24 years, with almost 17 years in  renewable energy industry and most recently 15 years at RWE. Prior to shifting to the renewable generation sector, Jennifer worked in system operations and transmission planning at PPL Electric Utilities.

Jennifer’s focus at RWE is transmission, generation interconnection and electric market impacts.
