Stephanie Caragher is a partner in CohnReznick’s Project Finance and Consulting Group. She began her career with a Big Four accounting firm before joining CohnReznick in 2007. Since then, she has distinguished herself as a leader in the firm’s renewable energy industry practice, serving as a tax credit advisor for renewable energy projects.

Stephanie’s responsibilities include structuring transactions, financial modeling, and other technical services needed for tax incentivized projects. Her knowledge and experience allow her to navigate the complexities of partnership tax and tax credit structures while deciphering, evaluating, and communicating the economics of potential transactions to stakeholders. Her understanding of stakeholder objectives allows her to identify innovative solutions to meet objectives. 

Stephanie’s renewable energy technology experience includes solar, wind, biomass, hydropower, and fuel cells within the United States.
