Liz Spruill is a member of the Pennybacker Investment team with a focus on Pennybacker’s infrastructure platform, where she focuses on investment underwriting, transaction structuring and execution and investment management.

Prior to joining Pennybacker, Liz was a Vice President at EIV Capital, where she focused on investments in the energy industry. At EIV, Liz’s responsibilities included due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company management and general industry research. Liz also served as a board of managers member on several of EIV’s portfolio investments. Prior to EIV, Liz worked as an investment banking analyst and associate in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Natural Resources Group, where she focused on the midstream, upstream and oilfield services sectors of the energy industry.

Liz graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science as a double major in Engineering Science and Economics.
